"This Site Can’t Be Reached" Error

This error typically appears when your IP address has been blocked by our firewall. It's a common security measure triggered by multiple failed login attempts to any of the following:

• Your website (especially admin areas like WordPress /wp-admin)

• cPanel

• Webmail

• Client portals or control panels

When this happens, you may be unable to access your site or services from your current network.

You can easily check and remove the IP block from your client area:

1. Log in to your Customer Portal.

2. Navigate to:
   Billing and Support → View and Unblock IP Address.

3. Your current IP address will be automatically detected and pre-filled.

   • If it’s not showing, you can manually find your IP by searching “What is my IP” on Google and entering it in the field provided.

4. Click Check for IP Block and Remove.

5. If your IP was blocked, it will be automatically unblocked, and the reason for the block will be displayed.
