Cancellation

1. Log in to your client section.

2. Click on your hosting service category from the dashboard

3. Click on 'Manage' against service that you want to cancel.

4. Under the "Actions" tab click on "Request Cancellation" on the left-hand side of the screen.

5. Select whether you want the cancellation to be immediate or at the end of the billing period

6. Put your reason for cancellation

7. Click on the "Request Cancellation"

P.S Please let us know if you cancel a service by mistake as soon as possible, to prevent your service being terminated.
