How to Create an Additional Web Disk Account in cPanel

These steps are only applicable to cPanel hosting.
Log in to cPanel and go to Files > Web Disk.
Under Create an Additional Web Disk Account, fill in:
Username and Password
Directory
(e.g., public_html/folderx to restrict access)Permissions
(Read/Write or Read-Only)
If you're using Windows and not connecting via SSL, check Enable Digest Authentication.
Click Create.
You can now use the new login to access the specified folder via Web Disk.
