How to disable auto renew on a domain name

- Login to your client area platform: Log in here
- In your client area, to cancel domain name renewals, you would need to go to 'Domains' and Click on 'Manage'
- Select 'Auto Renew'.
- Click on 'Disable Auto-Renewal' and confirm if prompted
If you need a domain re-enabled on auto-renew, please ensure you send your request from the authorised email address to [email protected] before the expiry date of the domain name.
