How To Enable Auto-Renew On A Domain Name

To set a domain to auto-renew, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your customer area on https://panel.hostafrica.com/login
• Go to 'Domains' and click on 'Manage' against the specific domain name 
• Select 'Auto Renew', and then select 'Enable Auto Renew'
• Once the invoice is generated and once paid, the domain will be renewed.

Please note that if a domain name is on any other status besides 'Active', you will need to contact the billing department for assistance at [email protected] or by opening a billing ticket.
