To order a Cloud reseller product in your client area please follow the steps below:


1. Log in to https://my.hostafrica.com/clientarea.php
2. Select the cart icon at the top right corner
3. Continue to order your Cloud Linux (Reseller) and/or Cloud Windows (Reseller) products with the resources of your choice

In order to provision servers you need to follow these steps:

1. Login to your client section
2. Click on Order Now 'Virtual Private Server - VPS servers for everyone'
   
   
3. On the new page, click on the type of server you would like to order
4. Once you have selected the server that you want to order, you will be taken to the checkout page. You can then select the sizing of the server, operating system etc. Once checkout is completed, your server will be created.

We operate all our Linux servers with KVM. All our Windows server environments are also based on KVM.

We operate all our SA servers from the Xneelo (Hetzner) Data Centre in Samrand. All our servers are deployed with fast SSD.

We own a local IP-net (Afrinic).

The once-off payment fee is required to activate the reseller account and enable orders to be placed from the range of reseller products.
After the first successful order of any reseller product, it will then be automatically activated. The first invoice will only be sent on the 1st of the following month and will be payable on presentation. All the reseller products are being invoiced in arrears – this means the product is used first and then paid for later. This method of billing will continue for every billing period.
The reseller discount will be automatically applied to the reseller invoice for every billing period.

We apply a once-off setup fee. There are no other monthly fees.

You will receive a rebate of 20% (on average) compared to our standard retail prices. Please see pricing at the below link:

You are only permitted to sell the same plans as we offer but you can determine your own pricing structure to your end customers.

Bandwidth for Resellers is not unlimited since Bandwidth costs in South Africa are relatively expensive. Therefore, we apply a fair usage policy.
