Video guide for users using the DirectAdmin control panel

a) From the DirectAdmin control panel

b) From a web browser e.g. Google Chrome or Safari

You can access your email account directly via Webmail, whether your hosting is on cPanel or DirectAdmin.
Option 1: Access via Webmail URL
For cPanel Users:
  1. Open your browser and go to:
    http://example.com/webmail
(Replace example.com with your actual domain name.)

  2. Log in using your full email address and password.

  3. You’ll be taken to the cPanel Webmail interface. Choose a webmail application like Roundcube or Horde to access your inbox.

For DirectAdmin Users:
  1. Visit:
    http://example.com/webmail
    (Replace example.com with your domain.)

  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Login.

  3. You’ll be logged into Roundcube Webmail by default.

Option 2: Access from Within the Hosting Control Panel
In cPanel:
  1. Log in to your cPanel account (e.g., http://example.com/cpanel).

  2. Navigate to the Email Accounts section.

  3. Locate the email account you want to access, then click the “Check Email” button next to it.

  4. You’ll be taken directly to the Webmail interface (usually Roundcube).

In DirectAdmin:
  1. Log in to your DirectAdmin panel (e.g., http://example.com:2222).

  2. Go to Email Accounts under the Email Manager section.

  3. Find the email address you want to access and click the “Webmail” link or icon (usually represented with an envelope icon).

  4. This will open Roundcube Webmail for that account.

If you don’t remember your email password, you can reset it from the same section in both cPanel and DirectAdmin before accessing Webmail.
