1. Open Settings

Tap the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad Home screen.

2. Go to Mail

Scroll down and tap on Mail.

3. Tap on Accounts

Under the Mail settings, tap Accounts to see your added email accounts.

4. Select Your cPanel Email Account

Tap the cPanel email account you've already configured (e.g., using IMAP).

If it’s not yet added, tap Add Account > Other > Add Mail Account and enter your cPanel email settings manually.

5. Tap Fetch New Data

Return to the Mail or Accounts screen and select Fetch New Data at the bottom.

6. Choose Fetch Frequency

Toggle Push ON (if available) or select Fetch for your cPanel email account.

Then choose how often to fetch emails:

  • Automatically (when on power and Wi-Fi)

  • Every 15 Minutes

  • Every 30 Minutes

  • Hourly

  • Manually

For most users, Every 15 Minutes offers a good balance between battery life and message responsiveness.

Notes:
  • cPanel email typically uses IMAP, so changes made (read, delete, move) sync across all devices.

  • Push may not be supported for custom domains. In that case, use Fetch.

  • Make sure background app refresh is enabled for Mail if you’re using “Automatic” fetch.

Your email is now set up to automatically fetch messages from your cPanel server to your iPhone or iPad Mail app.
