Log in to WHM using your root or reseller credentials.
In the left-hand sidebar or search bar, type and click on “Password Modification” under the Account Functions section.
From the list, select the account (you can search by domain name or username).
In the New Password field:
Enter a secure password manually, or click Generate Password to create a strong one.
Optionally, copy and save the password in a secure place (e.g. a password manager).
Click the “Change Password” button.
A message will appear indicating the password change was successful:
“The password has been changed successfully.”The user can now log in to their cPanel using the updated credentials.
Use a password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
Avoid reusing old or predictable passwords.
If the account also uses FTP or email clients, remind the user to update saved passwords accordingly.
