How to log in to cPanel or DirectAdmin from the HostAfrica Client Panel

- This is only applicable to cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting
- Log in to the HostAfrica Client Panel(client area):
Enter your login credentials and proceed to the dashboard.
- Navigate to your hosting account
In the dashboard, locate 'Web Hosting' from the Quick Actions - Click on the 'Control Panel' button next to it.
- You will be redirected and logged in to your control panel
- If you are unable to log in to the hosting control panel as guided here, please check if your IP is blocked or banned (from the DirectAdmin hosting) and unban it as guided here:
