How to Unban IP Address in Direct Admin or cPanel

Login to hostafrica.com client panel.
3. Click on Billing & Support from the top menu bar.
4. Select View and Unblock IP address from the menu options.
5. The IP address of the PC you are accessing the customer portal with will be auto-filled. If the problem is not fixed, then click here "What is my IP" and input the given IP address in the field.
6. Select Check for IP Block and Remove or Unban
6. If the IP address is banned/blocked, the ban/block will be removed and the reason for the block will be displayed.
