How to add the free SSL to your domain in DirectAdmin

- Sometimes, the Free SSL takes a few to 24 hours to verify your domain.
- The SSL installation is fully automated.
- Enabling the Free SSL for your domain name from the DirectAdmin panel is simple; please see these steps:
- In your client area, click on “Control Panel” under the Quick Actions.
- You will be redirected to the Direct Admin control panel.
- After logging into the Direct Admin panel, if you have more than one domain name on the hosting, select the domain name that you would like to configure the free SSL for
- Then scroll to the 'Account Manager' section and navigate to “SSL certificates”
- Select the “Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider” option from there, choose the Certificate Entries on the checkbox lists, then click the “Save” button.
- Please wait for the SSL issuance process to complete. Once done, AutoSSL will be active for your domain name.
- Once the SSL is issued, please remember to select the option above to ensure the domain loads over HTTPS instead of HTTP.
