How to install an SSL certificate in DirectAdmin

- To install an SSL certificate on your website, you need to follow the steps:
Log in to your client panel as guided here:
How to log in to cPanel or DirectAdmin from the client area
In your client panel, click on “Control Panel”.
- Navigate to “SSL Certificates” under the Account Manager section from the DirectAdmin control panel.
Alternatively, press Ctrl + J to open the search bar, then search for and select SSL Certificates.
- In this area, you can conveniently manage all the aspects of your SSL Certificates.
- If you obtain a certificate from a trusted SSL provider, you must complete the Certificate Request form to provide the information needed to generate your SSL certificate.
- You can also obtain a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate, which is automatically issued and renewed, provided your domain is hosted on and pointed to this DirectAdmin hosting account.
- To upload a certificate, click on 'Upload Custom Certificate'
- Enter the Private Key and Your SSL certificate and then click on the upload button:
Your SSL certificate will now be installed.
