How To Open A Support Ticket

Login to your "HOSTAFRICA Client Account".
1. Click on "Billing & Support" from the top menu bar

2. Click on the menu option "Open Ticket" from the menu bar to the left of the screen.
3. Select which department you wish to direct your ticket to e.g, support/ billing /sales

4. Enter the information requested in the form.

Note: To help us assist you quickly and efficiently, please include all the necessary details in your request — such as your root password (if applicable), relevant domain names, and a brief description of the issue or the assistance you need.
Providing this information upfront allows our technical team to begin working on your issue immediately and helps reduce any delays or inconvenience.
5. Complete the Spam Bot Verification and click "Submit".

6. You will now receive confirmation that your ticket has been created and an email will also be sent to your designated email account.
When contacting HOSTAFRICA support please ensure to include your ticket number.
7. HOSTAFRICA will endeavour to reply to and resolve tickets within 24 hrs.
At any time you can check the status of your ticket and reply to HOSTAFRICA support in your "HOSTAFRICA Client Area"
