How To Send Login Details
Please follow the steps below after opening a support ticket

Log in to your HOSTAFRICA Client Area.
Go to Billing & Support > Tickets.
Click on the ticket you want to update.
On the left-hand side, click on "Add Sensitive Data".
Enter your login details securely in the form and save the changes.
Finally, click Reply to update the ticket. You’ll also see the Sensitive Data form at the bottom if you'd like to use that instead.
Your information will be encrypted and visible only to authorized support staff.
