b. Go to Security Settings

Once logged in, click your name in the top-right corner of the page.
From the dropdown menu, click on Security Settings.

c. Start the 2FA Setup

On the Security Settings page, locate the Two-Factor Authentication section.
Click on the Enable button.

Select the Time Based Tokens service and click the Get Started button

d. Install an Authenticator App on Your Phone

If you haven’t already, install a free authenticator app on your smartphone:

Google Authenticator – Android

Duo Mobile - iOS

Or any other app that supports TOTP.

e. Scan the QR Code

Open your authenticator app and choose the option to Add a new account, Enter a setup key or Scan a QR code.
Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code shown on the screen.

N/B The "Enter the code manually" value shown on your page (not the example above) should be entered in your authentication app on your phone, not in the field below the QR code on the client area page. Use the "Enter the code manually"option and input the code in your phone's app only if you're unable to scan the QR code.

f. Enter the 6-Digit Code

After scanning, your phone app will show a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds

i. Before the code refreshes, quickly enter it into the field provided on the Client Area page and click 'Submit'

ii. If you scan the code and see the error:
“The code you entered did not match what was expected. Please re-scan or enter the code and try again,”
