How To Upgrade Your Server Package

1. Log in to your HOSTAFRICA Client Account.

From the top menu, click on Hosting, then select your service, such as Email Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS server, Website Hosting, or Website Builder.

2. Click on Manage Product next to the hosting service you want to upgrade.  

3. On the left side, under the Actions column, click the "Upgrade Plan"  (Click on Actions if not viewable)

4. Make changes to the products you wish to configure/upgrade.

5. Next, you can check the "Updated Configurations" and "Payment" for your new configuration/upgrade.

If you are satisfied, click to "Continue".

6. You will now receive an on-screen order confirmation.

7. An email will now be sent to you confirming your product upgrade and an invoice will be generated for the same (if applicable).
