To create a recurring card payment method, select "Add Card (Recurring)" on any unpaid invoice with Payment Method: Credit Card in your client area https://my.hostafrica.com/clientarea.php
This will set up automatic deductions from your card for all future invoices.
Please note:
If you set up a recurring card payment, your card will be automatically charged on the invoice due date.
The processing date isn't changed.
There can only be one card saved on a client area account at a time.
If the payment attempt fails, the recurring card subscription will automatically reattempt to charge the card every four days.
After five unsuccessful attempts, the recurring payment process will automatically stop for the related invoice.
To update your recurring card payment information, follow these steps in your client area:
Select Billing > Manage Recurring payments
You will be able to update your details from that page
