Payfast recurring card subscription

To create a Payfast recurring card payment method, select "Credit Card, EFT Recurring" on any unpaid invoice in your client area https://panel.hostafrica.com/

This will set up automatic deductions from your card for all future invoices.

Select Pay Now, then on the Recurring Payment Setup page, select the box next to 'I agree to have my credit card saved to my billing profile. And consent to have the credit card charged for any unpaid invoice in future.'

Please note:

* If you set up a recurring card payment, your card will be automatically charged on the invoice due date.
* The processing date isn't changed.
* There can only be one card saved on a client area account at a time.
* If the payment attempt fails, the recurring card subscription will automatically reattempt to charge the card every four days.
* After five unsuccessful attempts, the recurring payment process will automatically stop for the related invoice/s and the overdue invoices will need to be paid manually.

To update your card details, you can continue at 

https://panel.hostafrica.com/settings/account/payment-methods

Select Edit to continue with your changes.

If you would like to delete your recurring card subscription to use an alternative payment method, or if you encounter an error while attempting to edit your card details, please submit a support ticket through the Client Area with your request and one of our Billing Agents will be happy to assist you.
