Quick Access to WordPress Management
  1. Locate your WordPress instance on the PanelAlpha dashboard.
  2. Click the Manage Site button to manage your site.

    3. Click the WP Admin button to access your WordPress dashboard.

    Important Requirements for WP Admin Access:
    • Your domain name must be properly registered
    • DNS records must be correctly configured
    • The domain must use the correct hosting nameservers
    Instance Management Panel
    When you click Manage Site, you'll see several tabs with different management options
    1. Site Details Tab
    Installation Information
    • WordPress Version - Currently running version (e.g., 6.9)
    • Update Status - Shows if updates are available
    • WooCommerce Installation - Option to add e-commerce functionality
    • Creation Date - When the instance was created
    Security Settings
    • Backup Schedule - Automated daily backups (default: 00:00 AM)
    • SSL Certificate Status - Secure connection indicator (Has a Manage SSL button)
    2. Monitoring Tab
    Track your website's performance with:
    Analytics Dashboard
    • Unique Visitor Counts - See how many people visit your site
    • Average Session Time - Understanding user engagement
    • Traffic Patterns - Daily, weekly, or monthly views

    Note: Analytics data updates daily. New installations may show "No data to display yet" until traffic is recorded.
    3. Backups Tab
    Protect your website with comprehensive backup management:
    Backup Feature
    • View Backup History - See all previous backups with timestamps
    • Create Manual Backups - On-demand backup creation
    • Automatic Backup Schedule - Default daily backups at midnight
    • Download Backups - Save backup files to your computer
    • Storage Monitoring - Track backup space usage (e.g., 0.04 GB / 5 GB available)

    How to Create a Manual Backup
    1. Navigate to the Backups tab
    2. Click the Add New button
    3. Wait for the backup process to complete
    4. Download the backup file if needed

    4. Plugins Tab

    Manage WordPress plugins directly from Panel Alpha:
    Plugin Management Options
    • View all installed plugins
    • Activate or deactivate plugins
    • Add new plugins from WordPress repository
    • Remove unused plugins

    Your WordPress installation typically includes:

    Access critical technical details and developer tools like:
    Database Information
    • Directory Path
      - Installation location

    • Database Name
      - WordPress database identifier
    • Database User
      - Database username
    • Database Password
      - Secure credentials for database access
    • Database Host
      - Database server address
    Developer Tools
    • Debug Mode Toggle
      - Enable/disable WordPress debugging
    • Maintenance Mode
      - Put your site in maintenance mode
    • phpMyAdmin Access
      - Direct database management interface
    • PHP Version Access
      - Set the PHP version for your website.
    • PHP Settings Access 
      - Set PHP settings for your website.

    Security Tip:

    Keep your database credentials secure and never share them publicly.
