How to Access your HostAfrica Client Panel or Client Area Dashboard

- The new HostAfrica Client Panel provides secure access to your hosting services, domains, billing, and account management features.
- This guide explains how to log in to the new client panel and complete the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) process.
Step 1: Open the Client Panel
- Open your preferred web browser and visit: https://panel.hostafrica.com/login
You will be presented with the HostAfrica login page.

Step 2: Sign In
- On the login page:
Enter your Email Address.
Enter your Password.
Click Log In. - Alternatively, if your HostAfrica account is linked to Google, you can select Sign in with Google to use Single Sign-On (SSO).
Note: Ensure you use the email address associated with your HostAfrica account.

Step 3: Complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- After successfully entering your login credentials, one of the following will occur:
If 2FA is already enabled
Enter the 6-digit authentication code generated by your authenticator application or email code to complete the login process.


- If 2FA has not yet been configured
You will be prompted to set up Two-Factor Authentication.
Select either the
Email Verification method or the Time-Based Tokens method and click Continue
- If you choose the Time-Based Tokens method
- Follow the on-screen instructions to:
Scan the QR code using your preferred authenticator application (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
Enter the verification code generated by the app.
Complete the setup.
Once configured (either the Email Verification method or the Time-Based Tokens method), 2FA will be required each time you sign in to help protect your account.

If you are unable to sign in:
- Verify that you're using the correct email address and password.
- Ensure your authentication code is current if 2FA is enabled.
- If you've forgotten your password,
click Forgot password? on the login page to reset it.- If you no longer have access to your authenticator device, the contact email, or continue experiencing login issues, don't hesitate to get in touch with HostAfrica Support via live chat or by opening a support ticket.
