How to Add Your Professional Email to Your PC HmailPlus (Professional Email and Workspace)
Follow the steps below to set up your HmailPlus on your PC.

From the top menu, click on Hosting and select Email Hosting.
a) Find your email product and click Manage.
b) Click Login to Email. (If you’re not logged in, enter your username and password when prompted.)

Scroll down and select Connect your device.
Click Configure a specific device or application.

Select your device type:Â Windows PC

If you want to add your email to a mail app such as Mail, Outlook, or Mozilla Thunderbird, follow these steps:
6. Add a new account. ( for example using Mozilla Thunderbird)
i) Click on the gear icon (⚙️) on your bottom left
ii) Select account settingsÂ
iii) Click on 'New account' on your top left.
iv) Select 'Mail account'

vi) Enter your name, email address (e.g., [email protected]) and password.

vii) From the new page, click on 'Edit configuration'

- Server: imap.hmailplus.com
- Port: 993
- Security: SSL/TLS
- Username: Your full email address (e.g., [email protected])
- Password: Your email account password

- Server: smtp.hostafrica.xion.oxcs.net
- Port: 587
- Security: STARTTLS
- Username: Your full email address
- Password: Your email account password
- đź’ˇ Tip: Always replace [email protected] with your actual email address.
ix) If your mail app has a test option, click on Test

x) Then click on continue

xi) If prompted, enter your email account's password

click continue until you get to the finish page.

xii) Now, click on 'Finish'

xiii) Congratulations! The email account has been added successfully.
