How to Access Your Professional Email and Workspace

Congratulations on purchasing the Professional Email and Workspace service!

Let's now get to the next steps:
1. Login to your HostAfrica Client Area as shown below.

2. You can log in using your Google account or by entering the email address you signed up with (your HostAfrica-registered email) and your password.

3a. Once logged in, you will see a screen similar to the one shown below.

3b. If it is your first time logging in, the security settings page will open, and you will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication (2FA).
In that case, please follow this guide to complete the setup:

4. Click on ‘Email’ from the menu bar.

5. On the Email Hosting page, you will see your active email service. Click on ‘Manage’.

6. a) If your domain name was registered along with the email service, please skip to step 8.
b) If your domain name is hosted elsewhere, click on ‘DNS’ to view the DNS records you need to add at your domain host.

7. Below is an example of the DNS records you'll find. Use these records to configure email at your domain registrar or host.

8. To create your email account, click on ‘Create New Email Account’.

9. Fill in all the fields.
In the ‘Primary Email’ field, enter only the prefix.
For example, if your email is [email protected], just enter info.
10. Scroll down and click ‘Confirm’.

11. Well done! Your email account has been created successfully.

12. To log in to your email, click on ‘Log in to Email’ as shown in the screenshot.

13. Enter the full email address you created and the correct password, and click on Sign in

14. That’s it! You’ve now created and logged in to your Professional Email.
