How to Purchase HmailPlus (Professional Email and Workspace)

Follow the steps below to order your professional email hosting:

2. Access the Email Hosting Page by clicking on Email, then Professional Email and Workspace from the main menu.

3. Click on the ‘See Plans’ button to view the email hosting packages.

4. a) Choose the plan that suits your needs (e.g. HMailPlus Core) and click ‘Order Now’.

4 b) Click on 'order now'

5. On the checkout page:Scroll down to the ‘Configuration’ section. Select the number of email accounts you require.

6. Choose a Domain Name

7. Scroll down to the ‘Domain’ section. As shown above

You have two options:

7A. Option A: Register a New Domain

a. Enter the domain name you'd like to use and click the search icon to check availability.

Note: Only domain names without existing hosting can be used.

b. Click on the 'cart' icon to add the available domain name to the cart

d. Ensure the domain name 'warranty and privacy protection' is selected. (Optional but important)

7B. Option B: Use an Existing Domain Name

a. Search for your registered domain name and click on the gear icon next to the domain field.

b. Choose one of the following options:

i. ‘Transfer your domain to us’ – if you'd like to move the domain to HostAfrica.

ii. ‘I will update my nameservers’ – if you’ll keep the domain with your current provider and just update the DNS settings.

c. Accept the domain usage notice when prompted.

8. Complete Your Order

Once you’ve made your selections, click ‘Pay Now’ to get the payment page and make a payment to finalize your purchase.
