How to Purchase Email Hosting (HMail)

• Go to the HostAfrica Page and click on Email, then Professional Email and Workspace

• Click on 'See Plans.'
  Choose the plan that suits your needs (e.g. HMailPlus Core) and click ‘Order Now’.

• Click on 'order now' 

• On the checkout page:
  Find the ‘Configuration’ section.
  Kindly select the number of email accounts you would like to purchase.

• In our example below, we have selected 4 email accounts

• ​Choose a Domain Name

• Scroll down to the ‘Domain’ section. As shown above

• You have two options:

Option A:

• Register a New Domain
  Enter the domain name you'd like to use and click the search icon to check availability.

Note

• Only domain names without existing hosting can be used.

• Click on 'Add to cart' icon to add the available domain name to the cart

• Ensure the domain name 'warranty and privacy protection' is selected. (Optional but important)

• Use an Existing Domain Name
  Search for your registered domain name and click on the Select Action next to the domain field.

• Choose one of the following options:
  ‘Transfer domain to us’ – if you would like to move the domain to HostAfrica.
  ‘I will update my domain DNS’ – if you will keep the domain with your current provider and just update the DNS settings.

• Provide your domain name transfer code for the unlocked domain name.
  Accept or agree to the domain usage notice.

• ​Complete Your Order

Once you’ve made your selections, click ‘Pay Now’ to get the payment page and make a payment to finalize your purchase.
