A forwarder account can:

Send emails to one (1) external email address (for example, a Gmail or Outlook address), and
Forward to up to 10 internal email accounts within the same email hosting account.

The Auto Forward feature in HmailPlus Webmail allows you to automatically forward all incoming emails to another email address.

You can also set up custom rules to forward emails based on specific conditions.

               1. Setting Up an Auto Forward to only one email account
Follow these steps to enable Auto Forward:
              1. Log in to the webmail by clicking on this link: HMailPlus Webmail
              2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner of your webmail interface.

              3. Select All settings from the dropdown menu.
              4. In the left-hand sidebar, click Mail.
              5. Scroll down and click Rules, then select Auto forward ....
              6. Toggle the Auto forward switch to the ON position (it will turn green).
              7. Select keep a copy of the message and process subsequent rules
              8. Enter the destination email address in the text field provided.
              9. Click Apply changes to save your settings

              Important:

Auto Forward supports one email address only. If you need to forward emails to multiple recipients or based on specific conditions, please see the Forwarding to Multiple Addresses Using Rules below.

Keep a copy of the message:

If you want to continue receiving emails in your main

inbox in addition to forwarding them, check the Keep a copy of the message box.
If this is left unchecked, emails will only be sent to the forwarding address and will not appear in your inbox.

              2. Forwarding to Multiple Addresses Using Rules
Because Auto Forward only supports a single destination address, if you need to forward emails to more than one address, you can use Rules to set up individual forwarding rules for each recipient.

              Here’s how:

              1. Go to Settings > Mail > Rules and click Add new rule.
              2. Under Conditions, click Add condition. You can set a condition such as From Contains @
              3. This will match all incoming emails (since all email addresses contain @).
              4. Under Actions, click Add action and select Redirect to.
              5. Enter the email address you want to forward to in the field provided.
              6. To also keep a copy in your inbox, click Add action again and select Keep.
              7. Click Save to apply the rule.
              8. Repeat steps 8–13 for each additional email address you want to forward to.

Each recipient requires its own separate rule.

              Tip:

You can also use the From condition to forward only emails from specificsenders.

For example, set From Contains newsletter@example.com to forward only newsletters to a specific address, while other emails go elsewhere.

This gives you full control over who gets what.

              Note on Redirect vs. Forward:
The Redirect to action sends the email as if it originated from the original sender, preserving the original From address.
This is different from a standard forward, which would show the email as coming from your address.
