How To Change Your Client Area Password

1. Log in to your HOSTAFRICA Client Area and click on your name tab in the top right, then click on Account
2. Select "Security" and then 'Password'

3. Complete the entry fields.
4. Please ensure that you create a secure password using the following guidelines.

• - Use both upper and lowercase characters.
• - Include at least one symbol (# $ ! % & etc...).
• - Don't use dictionary words.

Click on "Save Changes". You will then be requested to login using your new password.

Alternatively, if you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password option on the HostAfrica Client Area login page. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Open the email, follow the instructions to create a new password, and then log in to your account using your updated credentials.
