How to find your Support PIN

1) Log in to your HostAfrica client area by clicking
the following link: Client Area Login
Note: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required to log in to the Client Area.
If you have already enabled 2FA, enter the verification code from your authenticator app or the code sent to your registered email address.
If you have not yet set up Two-Factor Authentication, you will be prompted to configure it after logging in
2) After logging in to your Client Area, you will find your Support PIN on the right-hand side of the page, as shown below.
3) Congratulations!
You have successfully located your Customer PIN.
Please keep your Customer PIN secure and only share it when receiving assistance through our official support channels, such as live chat or support tickets.
