How to create a support PIN
From your HostAfrica client area, you can either create a support PIN or view an existing one. To view an existing PIN scroll down to Step 4 of the guide

1) Log in to your HostAfrica client area.
and then
2) Find the 'Welcome Back..' message and click on 'Create PIN'
3) Set your preferred PIN by clicking on 'Save Changes'
4) Congratulations, your Customer PIN is now set
If you had already set a PIN, it should be viewable as shown below:
