How to Delete Your Domain’s Email in the Gmail App on Android

Make sure your domain’s email is already added to the Gmail app. If not, follow our guide on how to add it.
Steps to Delete Emails from Your Domain’s Account in Gmail (Android)
1. Open the Gmail app
Tap the Gmail icon from your home screen or app drawer.
2. Select the Email You Want to Delete
Tap and hold the email for about 2 seconds
A checkmark will appear, indicating it’s selected
You can select multiple emails by tapping additional ones
This will immediately move the email(s) to the Trash folder.
Once deleted, you’ll see a Snackbar message at the bottom of the screen:
Notes:“Conversation moved to Trash – UNDO”
Tap Undo within a few seconds to recover the email.
Deleted emails go to the Trash folder where they remain for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
If you're using IMAP, deletion in Gmail will also reflect across all other devices.
If you're looking to remove the entire domain email account from Gmail:
Open Gmail > Settings
Tap the domain email account
Tap the 3-dot menu (⋮) > Remove account
