How to Renew a Domain From The HostAfrica Client Panel

To place an order for a domain renewal, please follow the steps below:
To process your domain name's renewal:
- Log in to your customer area at:
https://panel.hostafrica.com/login
- Go to 'Billing' then to 'Renewals'
- Use the search tool to find your domain
- Select 'Renew'
- Select the number of years to renew from Available Renewal Periods
- Select 'Renew' once again
- Select your preferred payment method and select 'Confirm & Pay'
- An invoice will be generated for you to continue with your payment
Please note that domain renewal invoices generated using this manual method are not automatically sent to the registered email address.
Please also note that this method can only be used when:
If a domain is in "Not eligible for renewal" status, it may have entered the redemption period, and additional fees may apply. For assistance, please contact our Billing Department by opening a billing ticket or emailing [email protected]
Please also note that this method can only be used when:
- The domain is not in a “Not eligible for renewal” status.
- There is an existing unpaid invoice for the domain renewal.
- The domain can only be renewed for one year using this method.
