How to Renew a Domain

To place an order for a domain renewal please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your CLIENT AREA
2. Go to 'Domains' and select 'Renew Domains'
3. Add the domain renewal/s to your cart
4. Select 'View Cart' and select 'Checkout'
5. Select your preferred method of payment, tick 'I have read and agree to the Terms of Service' and Complete Order.
6. An invoice will be generated for you to continue with your payment

Please note the domain name status has to be Active to order a renewal.

Please also note that a domain name can only be renewed once a year.
