- These steps are only applicable to generic top-level domain names and some country code top-level domain names such as the .co.ke
- Log in to your client Panel:
https://panel.hostafrica.com/login
- Go to 'Domains' and select 'Manage'
- Select 'Transfer Domain'
- Select 'Unlock Domain'
- Next, click 'Request EPP Code' to get your EPP code for transfer.
- If you experience any challenges with these steps, kindly open a support ticket from your client panel.
