How to Send an Email Using Your Domain’s Email in the Gmail App (Android)

Once you've added your domain’s email address (e.g. [email protected]) to the Gmail app using IMAP or POP, you can easily send and receive messages from your Android device.

Steps to Send an Email from Your Domain’s Account
1. Open the Gmail app

Tap the Gmail icon from your home screen or app drawer.

2. Tap the Compose icon (✚)

Located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

3. In the From field (if visible), ensure your domain email is selected

If you have multiple accounts, tap the “From” field and select your domain’s email address (e.g. [email protected]).

4. Fill in the Email Details:
  • To: Enter the recipient’s email address

  • Subject: Type the subject of your message

  • Message: Write your content below

5. Tap the Send icon (📤)

Your message will be sent using your domain’s email account.

Tips:
  • You can attach files by tapping the paperclip icon

  • If you don’t see your domain email when composing, check your Gmail account settings to ensure it’s added correctly

Your domain’s email is now fully capable of sending professional messages directly from the Gmail app on Android.
