How to Send an Email Using Your Domain’s Email in the Gmail App (Android)

1. Open the Gmail app
Tap the Gmail icon from your home screen or app drawer.
2. Tap the Compose icon (✚)Located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. In the From field (if visible), ensure your domain email is selectedIf you have multiple accounts, tap the “From” field and select your domain’s email address (e.g. [email protected]).
4. Fill in the Email Details:To: Enter the recipient’s email address
Subject: Type the subject of your message
Message: Write your content below
Your message will be sent using your domain’s email account.
Tips:You can attach files by tapping the paperclip icon
If you don’t see your domain email when composing, check your Gmail account settings to ensure it’s added correctly
Your domain’s email is now fully capable of sending professional messages directly from the Gmail app on Android.
