How to Set a Custom Email Signature for Your Domain’s Email in the Gmail App (Android)

When using your domain’s email (e.g. [email protected]) in the Gmail app on your Android device, you can easily set a custom mobile signature that appears automatically at the end of every email you send.

Before You Begin

Make sure you’ve already added your domain’s email account to the Gmail app using IMAP. If not, see our guide on how to add your domain email to Gmail.

Steps to Set a Custom Signature for Your Domain Email
1. Open the Gmail app


Launch Gmail from your home screen or app drawer.



2. Tap the Menu (☰) in the top-left corner 


 3. Scroll down and tap Settings 


 4. Select Your Domain’s Email Account


If you have multiple accounts, choose the one you want to set the signature for. You can set different signatures per account.


5. Tap on Mobile Signature

Located under the General or Account-specific settings depending on your Gmail version.


6. Enter Your Custom Signature

Type your desired email signature

 (e.g.,
Best regards, Jane Smith www.yourdomain.com)

Then tap OK or Save.


Result:


Now, every time you send or reply to an email using your domain’s account from the Gmail app, your custom mobile signature will be automatically added at the bottom.

Note: This signature only applies when sending from the Gmail mobile app. If you also use webmail or desktop clients, you’ll need to set signatures separately there.
