1. The first thing you want to do is to navigate to your client area and log in to your HmailPlus product.

2. Next, navigate to the Calendar option at the top of the screen

3. From here you can do a few things:

  • You can schedule appointments

  • You can share your calendar with other people to schedule appointments
  • You can add a team member to manage the appointments for you

Setting up multiple calendars on Hmail

1. To setup and integrate another calendar you can click on the top left gear icon for settings

2. Next, select the option "Import from URL(iCal)"

3. You will then see the following screen, where you need to enter the iCal from the external Calendar

4. Next, find the iCal link. For this example, we will be using Outlook Mail.

5. Navigate to your Outlook and open the settings on Outlook, click on Calendar, then Shared Calendar

Select the calendar that you want to share and the permissions that you want to allow

6. Click on publish and then you will see the iCal link needed to connect the calendar

7. Post the iCal URL into the box on the HmailPlus and click subscribe

8. Congratulations! You have now successfully connected the Outlook calendar to your HmailPlus. Everyone who has access to this can make appointments and see your schedule

You can also select between the different calendars that you have connected.

Sharing your Calendar with others or your team for appointments

1. To share your calendar with someone else, select the 3-dot icon next to the calendar you want to share, and select Share/Permissions from the dropdown

2. You can either share a link or add email addresses for the people you'd like to share your calendar with.

To share a link, select "Anyone with the link and invited people" and copy the link.

3. To invite people using their email addresses, select "Invited people only" and then add their email address.

You can also select their level of permissions by clicking "Viewer" next to their name and selecting their permission level from the dropdown menu.

4. You can also add an expiration date and/ or require a password for the calendar you've shared.

5. Lastly, you are also able to revoke access for anyone you've shared your calendar with by clicking the 3 dots next to their name and selecting "Revoke access" from the dropdown.
