This is how you can set up two factor in your HostAfrica client area.

If you don’t have a smartphone, you can still secure your HostAfrica account using a browser-based authenticator extension.
These extensions generate time-based one-time passwords (TOTP), just like Google Authenticator.
What You'll Need
A supported browser: Chrome, Firefox, or Edge
A browser-based authenticator extension (see below)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Install an Authenticator Extension
Choose the one that matches your browser:
i) Chrome / Edge:
Authenticator by mymindstorm
Authenticator Extension for Firefox
2. Log in to Your HostAfrica Client Area
Go to https://my.hostafrica.com/login
Enter your email and password to log in.
3. Access Security Settings
Choose Security Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. Enable Two-Factor Authentication
You’ll see a QR code and a manual key displayed on the page.
5. Add HostAfrica to the Browser Authenticator
Open your authenticator extension.
Click Add or + to create a new entry.
Select the option to Enter key manually.
Paste the secret key and label it (e.g. “HostAfrica”).
6. Enter the 6-Digit Code to Verify
Enter this code in the HostAfrica form and click Submit.
7. Save the Backup Code
Please copy and store it in a safe place — it’s essential if you lose access to your browser.
