How to Change Your DirectAdmin Email Password

Follow the steps below to change your DirectAdmin email password from your client panel:
- Log in to your DirectAdmin Account as guided here:
Log in to the control panel - Once logged in to the DirectAdmin control panel(not the HostAfrica dashboard)
- Use the CTRL+J shortcut to launch the search bar and search for E-mail accounts, and click on it; note the '-' between e and mail.
- Alternatively, navigate to the E-mail Manager section and click on the E-mail Accounts icon.
- Under Account, you can see your email address along with the Plus icon on the right-hand side.
- Click on the Plus icon and then on the Change Password/Username option.
- In the Password field, enter your new password or use a password generator.
- Click on the Save button.
Your email password will be changed, and it will display your password.
Copy it to a safe place.
