How to create an email account in the HostAfrica client area

This article will guide you on how to create an email account in your HostAfrica client area.

1.) Log in to your client area and click on ''Web Hosting''

    If you have ''Reseller Hosting'' or ''Email hosting'' please select that option instead

2.) Click on the Manage button in front of your hosting plan.

3.) Now under Email Management, click on the Email Accounts button to start creating an email from your client panel.
4.) Now click on Create account to create a business email such as [email protected], [email protected] or your desired address.

5.) The screenshot below displays the final step in creating an email account.

 In this example, the email address info@domainname has been created with a strong, auto-generated password


The quota and sending limits are set to unlimited.


For your setup, please leave the quota as unlimited, change the sending limit to 300, then click Create to complete the process.
