Adding the HMail App to your Android Phone

Ensure that you have first created your email account fro your PC as guided here: 

1. Open Your Phone's Browser

0pen your phone’s web browser — in this example, we’ll use Google Chrome.

In the search/address bar, type: webmail.hmailplus.com 

Enter your Professional Email and Workspace email address and password.
Then, tap Sign In.

You should see a message saying:
"Install Your HOSTAFRICA Mailbox like an App".

5. Start the Installation

Tap the Install button.
A short instruction guide will appear — tap OK to continue.

• If using Chrome, tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

• Scroll down and select Add to Home screen.

A pop-up will appear asking you to either Install the app or Create a shortcut.
Select Install the app.

Wait a few moments while it installs.
Close Chrome and check your phone’s apps — you should now see the HMailPlus app icon.

You can now open your mailbox directly from your home screen and start sending and receiving emails without opening your browser every time.
