Note: You must have either root access or appropriate reseller privileges to manage account suspensions.
Steps to Unsuspend a cPanel User via WHM
1. Log in to WHM
  • Access your WHM interface:

  • Use your root or reseller credentials to log in.
2. Open the Account Suspension Tool
  • In the sidebar or top search bar, type:

  • Click on Manage Account Suspension under Account Functions.
3. Locate the Suspended Account
  • Use either:

    • Select by Domain – If you know the domain name.

    • Select by User – If you know the cPanel username.

  • Suspended accounts will be highlighted (often in red).

4. Unsuspend the Account
  • Select the account you want to restore.

  • Click the Unsuspend button.

The cPanel account will be unsuspended immediately.

If there's an issue during the process (e.g., permission error or file system issue), WHM will display an error message to help guide further troubleshooting.
